How can I book a property? You can book your reservation today directly on our website!
What is the Cancellation Policy? Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.
When can I check in? Check in time is no earlier than 3:00 pm. This allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare each property. We offer contactless check-in.
When is check out? Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
Can I swim in the lake? Our properties are located on swimmable lakes and ponds.
Can I drink the water? Each property’s water source varies, as such we require bottled water for consumption.
Are you party or event friendly? As our cabins are in a rural location for couples, friends and families to enjoy, we have a strict no party and no event/large gathering policy.
What consumable supplies are included in the stay? We offer self-catered vacation rentals (a limited supply of consumables is provided – one (1) toilet paper per bathroom, one (1) roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, one (1) dishwasher detergent tab and garbage bags). Each property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
Are linens provided? Each property is fully furnished and include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified. We ask guests bring their own beach towels.
How old do you have to be to reserve a property? The guest reserving the property must be 25 years old or older.
How do I pick up and return the keys? We offer contactless check-in. The day of your arrival, you will receive check-in instructions.
Do you offer WiFi? We offer properties with and without WiFi. Please be sure to check the property details to see if WiFi is available at the property.
Can I bring my own boat? We have properties that offer docks or mooring to store your boat. Please contact us to confirm the rental you are staying at is equipped for your boat.
Do you offer water amenity rentals? Yes! We offer kayak, floating mat, paddle board rentals. Reservations fill up quickly. Contact us for availability and pricing.
What additional requirements does Pond Life Vacation Rentals have prior to my arrival?

Like to fish? There are many lakes, ponds and river nearby to get your line wet and catch the big one! Don’t forget about ice fishing!
Enjoy hiking? Great! Take a leisurely walk around Gunnison Lake or hike to the top of Mount Sunapee!
Mount Sunapee Adventure Park has you covered and is right around the corner! From canopy zip line and aerial challenge course, test your skills on the climbing wall, cruise the trail on a mountain bike, wind your way through woods, stream and stone walls playing disc golf, bring the family and play a round of mini golf, ride the chair lift to the top of South Peak or Mount Sunapee, hike the trails, ski/snowboard/snow tube fresh powder!
